Weather Alert

In the event of inclement weather that threatens a scheduled event, please reference this web page. We will advise you as to the event's status. Should the weather appear threatening enough to reschedule an event, we will email and/or telephone (time permitting) all registrants for that event.

For baseball events, please remember that our events take place at an actual baseball game.  If bad weather is predicted, please regularly check the team's website regarding game status to learn whether or not our event will take place. If they do not play, neither do we.  We'll need to reschedule and will be contacting you via email relative to that.  

If you do not have online access during the day, an alternative is to phone the venue. Your confirmation email (a print out of which you must bring to the event) will contain this information.
